New Dental Patient Information Phoenix
Getting You Ready for a Positive Dental Experience
With a calming and comfortable atmosphere, as well as a dentist and team members who go the extra mile in every possible way, you’ll immediately notice that our practice is different in all the right ways. To make things as easy as possible, we encourage you to take a few moments to review the following information so that you are fully prepared for your visit before you arrive at our dental office in Phoenix.
Your First Visit
Ahead of your appointment, we will call or text you with information about your copay and the cost of your initial visit. We will go over the services that will be included so you know exactly what to expect.
On the day of your appointment, you will check in with our front desk and be escorted by one of our friendly dental assistants. We will capture digital X-rays of your mouth before intraoral images are taken. During this time, we will ask you questions about your oral health and any concerns you might have before Dr. Tran arrives to conduct a dental exam. Based on his findings, he will discuss any problem areas before going over recommended treatment options with you.
You will then meet with our treatment coordinator to discuss dental insurance and the financial components of your care. If you require a more invasive or complex service, like a smile makeover or dental implants, we will seek pre-authorization first. This is so that you know how much your insurer will agree to pay upfront as well as how much your out-of-pocket expenses will be.
Patient Forms
There is no need to wait until you arrive at our office to complete your new patient paperwork. Instead, you can save time by downloading the forms online. By printing them out and filling in the information beforehand, you can avoid a longer check-in experience, allowing you and your family to spend more time visiting our dentist and getting the quality care you deserve.
Dental Insurance
As an insurance-friendly dental practice in Phoenix, we are pleased to be in-network with Delta Dental and United Concordia. We welcome all other dental insurance plans and will always do our best to maximize your available benefits. Our team members are well-versed in insurance and will not only review your policy but also discuss your coverage levels and ways to get the most out of your plan before the end of each year.
In-House Dental Savings Plan
If you do not have dental insurance, you have the option to apply for our in-house dental savings plan. With it, you can avoid deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, and other stipulations associated with private insurance. Instead, you can receive discounts on available treatments (up to 30%). Call a member of our team to ask how you can sign up today.
Financing Available
Unable to afford treatment because the out-of-pocket costs are too high? With flexible financing through CareCredit or Cherry, you can worry less about fees and instead focus on your future smile. These third-party companies offer low-and-no-interest financing so that you can pay off your treatment over time instead of all upfront. This makes it easier to stay within your budget, avoid surprise charges, and remain in control of your oral healthcare.
